This website is operated by AL RAYAN EMPORIUM. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AL RAYAN EMPORIUM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

​Our products are fulfilled through a third-party partner, Tradelle.io.
​Third-Party Shipping: You acknowledge that your orders are shipped directly from global fulfillment centers to your address.
​Product Representation: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% error-free.
​SECTION 4 - PRICING AND VAT
​Currency: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
​Tax: If you are not VAT registered, state: "Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes at the point of sale. Any import VAT or customs duties required by UAE authorities upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer."
​SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
​In accordance with UAE law, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
