Refund policy

1. 7-Day Return Request Period

​In accordance with our supplier's requirements and UAE consumer guidelines, you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or report a defect.

​2. Valid Reasons for a Refund

​We offer a full refund or replacement if:

​Damaged/Defective: The product arrives broken or non-functional.

​Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or product.

​Lost in Transit: The package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

​> Note: To process these claims, we require clear photos or a short video of the item and the shipping label sent to al.rayan.emporium@gmail.com .

​3. Change of Mind

​If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind:

​The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

​Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our international fulfillment center (as per Tradelle’s policy).

​Hygiene Items: For health and safety reasons, items like swimwear, lingerie, or personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

​4. How to Start a Return

​Do not send the item back to the address on the package.

​Email us at al.rayan.emporium@gmail.com with your order number.

​We will provide you with the specific return warehouse address provided by our partner, Tradelle.

​Once the warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed.

​5. Refund Processing Time

​Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement.
