1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Express International Shipping to ensure your products arrive as quickly as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AL RAYAN EMPORIUM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For customers in the UAE: Most small orders fall under the "de minimis" value, but please be aware of local VAT or customs regulations for larger imports.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at [al.rayan.emporium@gmail.com] immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include a photo of the item so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Most international orders are delivered within 7–12 business days.
